The leakage or wrongful use of personal information including MY NUMBER would cause a serious risk to privacy. Security of information systems is necessary for effective use and control of information.
Thus, I consider that the secure information system is indispensable for ensuring proper handling of personal information including MY NUMBER. The secure system also enables citizens to enjoy the benefit from MY NUMBER system without any concern.
As an expert of information technology, I have actively participated in discussion groups set in several governmental and private institutions. I would like to introduce such knowledge and experiences in the Personal Information Protection Commission and devote myself to my duties for the protection of personal information.
